Unbuttoned exists to create the clothing I wanted to see but couldn't find anywhere else. I had a clear vision in my head—garments that are playful, look distinctive, and don't blend into the crowd. So I decided to bring that vision into the fashion world and give people more choices. Every garment we create is designed to help you express yourself, not disappear into the background.

We attend fabric exhibitions and carefully select the most sustainable brands we can find. Our priorities are organic materials, preferably local when possible—US-made or from neighboring countries to minimize transportation. We use organic bamboo, cotton, and wool because they're simply better—softer, more durable, and kinder to the environment.

Every stage happens in Los Angeles: designing, building patterns from scratch, carefully choosing fabrics from our sustainable sources, developing the concept so every garment tells a story, and handling production locally. We collaborate with small-scale production, local artists, and studios in LA who share our commitment to quality.
